“I am very honored to be part of this renowned law firm, with professionals highly qualified and recognized for their work of excellence, and excited to contribute to the firm’s path of growth and success! I am confident that my experience in structuring projects and M&A transactions, in particular in the energy and natural gas sectors, will add value and contribute to even more comprehensive and specialized service offerings to our clients.”
As indicated by international legal directory Chambers, Heloísa receives praise from clients for her “in-depth knowledge of project finance mandates in connection with the energy sector”. The Legal 500 has defined her as “direct, articulate, and great in contract negotiations and claims”.
