The guide is published by The Legal 500  since 1988 and gathers rankings of areas of practice in over 100 countries, being considered one of the most renowned international publications in the legal sector. The research methodology encompasses both the analysis of reports and interviews with reference contacts.

Who’s Who Legal is an important guide in the legal area, usually evaluating the work of over 17,000 lawyers, in more than 100 countries. Using a differentiated research method, in which the lawyers are evaluated directly by their peers, the edition nominates only the lawyers of greater prominence in their respective areas of practice. Who’s Who Legal is a publication that is recognized worldwide for credibility and authority in its nominations.

The Lacca Approved guide is published by the Latin America Corporate Counsel Association – LACCA, an association that gathers the most relevant in-house lawyers and general counsel in the region, and lists prominent lawyers and firms in the various areas of practice, as recommended and elected exclusively by members of the association.

Leaders League, created in France in 1996, is an international ratings and publications agency in the areas of finance, strategy and law directed at high level executives. Its publications includes the main market trends, interviews with specialists and world business leaders, as well as a rankings of various professionals and firms. Recently arrived in Latin America, its first local survey was conducted in 2015.

IFLR1000 is one of the best-known legal guides, specialized in financial corporate law, and since 1990 has been evaluating lawyers and firms in over 120 countries. Its detailed research encompasses not only the analysis of cases, but also the gathering of opinions of firms and the feedback of their clients.

According to the criteria adopted by the publication, our firm finished 2016 in first (1^st) place in the ranking for the credit receivables investment funds (“FIDC”) market, when taking into account the number of assisted transactions, and in fourth (4^th) place, when taking into account the financial volume of assisted transactions.

The yearbook is published since 2008 by UQBAR, an independent company that is a reference in the national and international structured finance and securitization markets. The UQBAR yearbooks present complete analyses of said markets, including the historical evolution of various indicators and a wide set of annual and consolidated rankings. Our firm has been recognized by the publication since the 2011 edition.
